Bud Schultz & Elaine Cosseboom - Owners/Manager

As owners of the Cohasset Tennis Club since 2002, Bud and Elaine have continued their decades long involvement in New England tennis. As a highly ranked New England Jr., Elaine went on to a successful four years on the varsity team at Boston College and has since competed nationally and locally at the highest levels. Elaine is also a USPTA Level 1 Tennis Professional. Bud achieved a world ranking of #39 and has competed in Wimbledon, US Open, French Open and the Australian Open. He has coached 3 players who were in the top ten in the world and the Boston Lobsters for 5 years. Inducted into the New England Tennis Hall of Fame in 2005, Bud is the co-founder of Tenacity.

Brian Leahy

Junior Program Director

Brian is a 2010 Curry College graduate with a degree in Communications and Management. He was the captain of his college tennis team and the MVP his sophomore, junior and senior years. Brian taught at the Woburn Racquet Club throughout high school and college. His positive attitude and skills have made him a great addition to the CTC teaching staff since the fall of 2010. He continues to compete in USTA tournaments and is a USTPA Level 1 Tennis Professional. Brian is also the Head Pro at the Cohasset Golf Club during the summers.  

Aileen Eleey

Teams Director

Aileen is a graduate of Wheaton College. While playing the #1 position on the tennis team, she competed in the 1982, 83 and 84 NCAA Div. III championship in singles and doubles. She played on the Satellite and Challenger tours throughout the world and has been one of the top players in New England for over 30 years. In 1988, 89 and 90, Aileen was #1 in New England in the Women’s Open Division. Aileen has been on the coaching staff at the Cohasset Tennis Club since 2010 and has previously coached at a number of clubs throughout the Boston area. In 2009, Aileen was also inducted into the USTA New England Tennis Hall of Fame.
